The goodness of Italian rice, the beauty of Mozzarella. A completely vegetable-based cheese that’s naturally free from lactose and allergens. Once germinated, brown rice is processed and pressed to obtain a vegetable milk. This milk is used to create MozzaRisella, a healthy alternative to fresh cheeses. (3 units pack)
