Garofalo Fusillone gluten free (400g)

A giant version of a speciality of southern tradition, Garofalo Gluten Free Fusillone are the result of a careful search for ingredients. The result is a tasty, specially shaped pasta suitable for coeliacs. The dough is worked with artisan skill and bronze drawn to obtain a rough surface, capable of retaining flavours and condiments.
