The minimum order for free delivery within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands. Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland) is £30.
We provide tracked delivery from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm will be dispatched on the following Monday, arriving on Tuesday. Orders placed Monday to Friday till 2 pm will be dispatched the same day. All our deliveries are next day service.
Yes. A copy of the delivery note will be emailed to you upon completion of your order and at the point of posting.

First, we will try to make the product available and send it with the order, if there is some delay we will inform you immediately that a product is not available to send with your order. We will offer a replacement or refund in full, you will be contacted to inform you that this has happened.

The empty bag is the bag containing the dry ice we use to keep your products chilled.
This ice evaporates over time leaving the empty bag behind, but because of a combination of the ice and the special boxes we use for shipping, the temperature inside the box remains below 8 degrees Celsius for chilled products and below 0 degrees celcius for frozen products, as recommended by our producers and most food organisations worldwide.
